Once you’ve selected a vehicle, contact us using one of the following options: online form, email, phone, WhatsApp.
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll ask if you would like us to arrange shipping or if you’ll be using your own logistics provider. Please confirm this at your earliest convenience so we can proceed accordingly. If you already have your own shipping agent or freight forwarder, simply share their contact details with us.
Once shipping details are confirmed and terms are agreed, we’ll issue a proforma invoice outlining the full cost, including shipping if requested, along with payment instructions.

Once payment is received, we will collect the consignee information, finalize the shipping arrangements, and provide you with the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) along with a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (BL). The original BL and export documents will then be securely couriered to your address.
Your vehicle will arrive at the designated port. Our team remains available for any questions or after-sales support you may need.
